Personality

Fatherly: Aqulia having cubs was something he had always wanted, And he had gotten it but it was torn from him, His mate and son killed, He had no idea if his daughter was alive anymore, He wanted cubs but he wasn't sure if he could take the heart break again,

Melancholic: For two long years Aqulia was stuck in the city of Massilia it took a toll on him, He now is quiet and reserved, He has a hard time bonding with anyone

Neglectful of self: Aqulia doesn't take care of himself well, After two years in a cage hes stopped grooming himself and at times can smell pretty bad, He also forgets to eat a lot, If hes hurt he won't do anything about it

Helpful: Aqulia likes to help others and since escaping has been doing everything he can do to help Shadow empire, He feels bad about all the cats hes had to kill and wants to do everything he can to sort of make it up to them by helping anyone he can

Calm: Aqulia has mellowed out in his old age and has learned that he shouldn't care about words as much as he does because it can get him killed, He can sometimes be too calm and it takes a lot to get a reaction out of him


History:

Born and Raised as a Collision in the city of Massilia, he was an Infamous Warrior known for his flirting antics and his pure strength, Though he was too special to throw away he was kept to non Kill Circuits. Then one day He met someone in a battle, a battle that he lost, and lived through. This Cheetah was Swift, Playful, female and an absolute tease. He ended up following her around like no other, Making sure to Through Flirty Jokes in here and there, but still tried to get closer to this strange cheetah. Later on she told him her name, Lucia, and he knew in that exact moment that he was a love dazed kit.

After a year of Their Friendly Antics, it turns out; His owner noticed their friendship and brought her, BROUGHT HER, Aquila Was absolutely stunned and finally popped the question, “will you be my mate?” But she ran, ran away for no reason Aquila could recognize.

When he found her next, She told him a secret only she and her owner knew, She couldn’t have kits, they weren’t sure why, but she couldn’t. But he didn’t care and he told her that.

Love was in the air for another year after that, but then…then their owner found out, and immediately tried to auction her off in his rage. They ran off, much like a pair of love struck kits, in a vain attempt to escape. They managed to survive, learning how to survive them was easy enough, and that was when two little runts stumbled into their lives.

Two female loners, One a King Cheetah, the other another Mountain lion, Both Pregnant, Were then found on the edge of their territory. They were desperate for help, and ended up staying with them, but during each of their births, they died, leaving their kits behind in the world of the living. Aquila and his mate ended up adopting the surviving kits.    (See Xeno’s Background for This time Info)

 

It was a heart wrenching sight for him, to see his mate and son die, die to claw and tooth. He knew for sure he couldn’t Take care of Xeno after this, so he handed his daughter over to the empire he was once told to hunt.

As he ran away, back into the woods, with his wound of the previous fight dripping down his legs, He was then attacked by some Hunters….

He didn’t remember much from the fight, he knew he was dying though.

Saved by A mysterious old cougar called Ava, he stayed with her, Staying by her side as she travelled far and wide across the landscape.

But then he left, The pull too strong for him to deny,  saying some heartbreaking goodbyes as he did, Came back to the World he have always known, and Decided to join the empire, in a vain attempt of seeing his daughter again, only to find he has joined the wrong empire! But he was already mentally committed to this empire, and there was no we he was leaving them now.

What an idiot he was.

The long wait

Aqulia had been captured by a hunter he could barely remember how it'd happened or who did it but did it really matter? He had been cramped in small cages and made to fight to the death in the collision, His new owner didn't care for his well being, The hunters would beat him down any chance they got, For most of his life in the city he was in a cage or in the Colosseum fighting to the death forced to kill cats, He wouldn't talk to anyone and after a year tried to attack anyone who came near him, After two years of this life he'd given up on the empires or any thought of freedom, He was bought by another human and was on his way to another city in another cage for who knows what, When suddenly The caravan crashed, His cage was broken open and Aqulia bolted out not looking behind him, He soon stopped as he was running into mud, That was when he crashed into another cat, A empire cat! They told them they were from the shadow empire HIS empire, He was overjoyed to be home,
